Jack Alexander is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, coach, and businessman with extensive experience in commercial real estate, business services, technology, and production of short films. He was cofounder and CEO of BCD Travel, which under his leadership grew from a local travel agency to the third largest travel management firm in the US. He has also been Chairman or CEO of four successful software companies, including TRX and The Rainmaker Group.
In 2002, he started a three-year initiative to inspire successful businesspeople to make commitments to the vulnerable around the world. Projects were funded in 26 countries and he later founded The Reimagine Group to produce and distribute high impact short films featuring stories to inspire people to embrace holistic generosity. This work has stimulated communities around the United States and has raised nearly $200 million.
A recipient of the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year award, Jack also is a winner of six global awards in the corporate travel and hospitality arena. In 2005, he received the Family Honors Award as a businessman who made a positive impact on the American family.
Jack holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Duke University.
He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Lisa. They have three grown sons and five grandchildren.
